so, i was looking to purchase the berryweather app, but i plan on buying the niagara when it comes out later this year (or whatever blackberry tickles my fancy this summer). that being said, if i do purchase it, will i be able to transfer it onto my new phone when i get it, or will i have to pay to download it again?
i've downloaded paid apps from handmark and transferring apps from one phone to another hasn't been a problem, but i believe with handango, you have to buy some sort of protection plan to essentially redownload the app to another phone. i've never downloaded a paid app from the crackberry store or mobihand, so i was hoping someone could shed some light on this. thanks!
Just back it up on your computer and then install it on your new berry. Then contact the company that publishes it, tell them you had to get a new phone, and ask for a new activation code.
