Ok, I 'm trying to figure this out...I switched my phone from a 9810 to a 9900 using DM and I see now that some of the paid apps I purchased or got during the promo period are now asking for payment again.

WTF??????

Anyone have an idea as to what is going on? Shouldn't these apps follow my BB Id, not the phone? It's not like I'm using multiple phones, or anything...

I'm confused. Any help would be appreciated.

That's the way some paid licenses are. Some go by BBID, some by device ID. You could try contacting the devs for the apps in question.

Happened to me with an app that uses device id. Contacted dev and they updated their systems and i got my app back.
