    Someone stole my 9930 last night. It has blackberry protect on it but not activated. Can I remotely activate it from a computer? I have all I'd numbers that cam with it on the box. Can I track it?

    If you didn't activate BlackBerry Protect, then you can't contact the device remotely.

    nope.. but maybe your carrier can? if you have the pin and imei? I don't know this for sure, but with a bis account activated on your pin and imei it should be possible

    If you are under a cdma carrier and your phone is stolen, you can still have it remotely wiped, and plus the fact it can't be used anymore because the esn is blacklisted once the phone is reported stolen to said carrier.
