I know I probably should have called someone about this by now... but I keep thinking I can figure it out myself.

Ever since the BIS outage right before Christmas, my Storm hasn't been receiving emails or facebook notifications. I can send e-mail, I can use the browser, I can even scroll through Facebook statuses, but I am not getting notifications or e-mails (I have Yahoo.)

Can anyone help me?

Resend the service books. Open the set up icon. Click on email set up. Then menu> service books > send service books. If you have trouble doing it that way you can also resend them from your carriers website.

You may also want to refresh the host routing tables. Options > advanced options > host routing tables > menu > register now.

I'm not receiving anything now either. I think there might be an outage since I haven't had anything come in for several hours now.
