Hey Folks

Wondering if anyone out there knows if Sportacular will ever be available for blackberry. Or if there is any app that has the same functions. Basically I am looking for a app thay will send me push notfication alerts when a team scores or when a inning or peroid ends or begins in a game. Is such a thing available?

You might want to try ESPN mobile alerts. It sends out scores (via text messages) based on scores, innings, quarters, etc. Been using it for several years. Works well for me. ESPN: The Worldwide Leader In Sports. Scroll down the page. A freebie.

Not sure about the alerts but give it a go - it's free.

A lot of teams have twitter feeds that they update through the game. I have to remember, though, if I am TiVoing the Patriots or Celtics not to have Ubertwitter up......
