    Here is your windows messenger sdolution

    Erase current one
    Download new one from blackberry help! Bookmark

    Make sure all permissions are set to allow

    You may have to log in a few times but it should work.

    No problem should work for you. Has fixed about 90 percent of the problems with it

    Seems like it has not fixed the problem with my issue. It still gives me the error (65) Problem receiving data. Even though I have Full EDGE connection and even on WIFI
