Every time I go there I can never find soft reset its frustrating me like mad...anyone know whats up? I need to be able to regain lost memory without taking out of skin.

There's a keyboard shortcut for soft resetting if that's what you mean.

Austo the keyboard shortcut is not for the pearl.
Yes soft reset has been taken down. It was having problems with os 4.5
