I keep getting this error:

Error: Communication Problem, please verify you have data service. (200)

Can anyone help out? I have no problems using Ubertwitter, and yes I have data service.

Any ideas?

Verify you have a good data signal. The message you received is normally the message I get when it times out.

Have either of you been able to sign in to SS on your Tours? I've downloaded SS three times (previously had it on my Curve and it worked fine) and each time I get various errors that end up requiring me to uninstall it, and I've had a few white screen 552 error messages that are a huge pain.

I just got SS last night and yes I can sign in with my TOUR

I can log in via thier website on a PC and BB, but I originally got various issues on the TOUR and have not logged in at all via BB. The last 100X I get the error above.

Also when I was on my STORM, I had some issues, but was able to connect now and then.

I am on BES, but I am admin and I have no policies that are set up to prevent this. I can use all apps, no issues (Uber, weather etc).

I'm not experiencing any issues. I received an onscreen alert asking me to relog into my FB acct & after I did that this morning, all is good.

FYI - SS Helped me out and troubleshooted. After several emails back and forth, my twitter password on their end was reset and all is fine. She said somehow it was screwed up..

All is good.
