No. All BlackBerry apps must run in device memory at this point.

it does seem to be hit or miss with this one, some folks it takes a day others months and still nothing.

The updates are funny too, you will find that some updates get rolled out to a select few, others to a different few and then others to the masses. At any given time they may have several versions out there.
