Looking for a popup app that will:
Mark messages as read
Have a reply option in the popup
Work for BOTH email and sms (mms, facebook, twitter, and anything else would be nice too.)
Will work (an is available) on the sprint 9650
And itd be nice of they were cheap and have a free trial....

Berrypopup and/or leave it on should work. I think berrypopup is more what you are looking for but lio supports more popup sources. Personally, I use berrypopup for email and sms, and lio for everything else.

LIO is the best app available for what you are looking for! Nothing compares! I have the both, but only use LIO as it is so superior, and the " customer service" is outstanding. There is no question on this issue!!!
infact, the popup of berrypopup is more beautiful than LIO's but the reason I don't use LIO is I can't use hotkey as R to reply, c to close like BerryPopup does. But someone says it can. Don't know why it does work with me.
Leave it on is the best. I have a copy of BerryPopup as well, and I like it better for emails (especially cuz my theme has transparent popups, which looks sick) but if I could only have one, it would definitely by LIO.
