Is there an app that will work for the 9930 that can block texts from a certain number?? I made the mistake of giving someone my number and now they r out to cause drama! I can find a call blocker easily but i have yet to find an sms blocker..help please!!

If you think it's going to be a temporary thing and most of your contacts are who you text, then you can simply turn the firewall on SMS messages. Go to options and type "firewall", say block text messages and then scroll to the bottom where you can exclude contacts and other specified numbers.

Easy fix if they go away after a month or so of it being on.

Is your 9930 with Sprint? I'm with Sprint and I do it real easy by sending a text to "9999" with the message "block 1234567890". No quotes and enter the 10 digit number you want to block. Works a lot quicker to me and don't need to mess with any 3rd party apps. You can save 9999 in your contacts under the name "Block SMS" if you want also. If your on Verizon then I can't help you but maybe they have something similar.
