Has Smrtguard taken money from anyone without permission? My account with them is paid until 11/24/2010. This morning they took another payment, extending my coverage until 11/05/2011, WITHOUT my permission. I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY, and want to know if they have done this to anyone else.
