I've been trying to 're-activate' my Smrtguard all evening, but I keep getting 'Network Error'. The website is not coming up either.

I am having the same issue. Can't activate from the BB, and the website is down as well.
Only some comfort to know there is someone else sharing my pain :)
Yeah, site has been down several hours at least. I tried to log on this afternoon and was unable to do so. Hope this isn't a hint of things to come, I'm paid up through August 2010!
Still down...I tried to access it earlier today when I got a notification of an update to 2.0, and it was down then.
As of 4:45 am EDT 28OC09 it is back up and running, both on the BB and the website. It appears all is well now.
I did not find any mention of the outage on the website.
