I know this might not be the right place to ask this, but does anyone have Smart Guard?

I just got this application and now I want to close it, but I can not..I have tried a battery pull too. I am assuming that this app is always going to stay open now?

Wondering if anyone has this program and has the same stuff going on?

Of course. It has to stay open in order for it to work correctly.

Ok I was thinking that was the way it worked, however, is there anyway I can close it down? Just wondering
