Smart Alerts

Having troubels with Smart Alerts program from Bellshare! Had run Berry Buzz - had issues as my alerts went away. Un installed BBz - and kept Smart Alerts. Still issues. Wiped BB and upgraded to 5.0 OS. Smart Alerts (SA) was nto compatible (Tour). Went back and down graded to 4.7 OS. SA came back, but can not get reminder alerts to work on anything. Frustrated! Bellshare seems to be missing in action on support..... :-(

So.... After reading their support, they point to what appears to be an older version. My question is, do I need to create a profile to have reminder beeps go? Have tried this, but no success.

Or, can anyone suggest an app that reminds tones for specific emails that work? I use my BB as a pager via sms and email.
