Not an easy way. You will need to log on to slacker and make a station for yourself then through some time and patience search for the artists you want. it will play artists that are similiar, but you can just ban that artist from playing on your station. to further add to your customization, you can go to the "fine Tune" option and make it so that it plays more songs from your favorite artists go options and set the discovery option to low so that it won't play as many songs from non favorite artists. I have done this a couple of times with my stations. Like i said it takes time and patience, and unfortunately you can't ban a whole artist from the bb application, only through your pc.
