slacker install froze up

i got a replacement tour today and when i reloaded my programs from BB app world slacker some how froze up during the "starting download" phase and has been hung up there for about 7 hours. i cant delete it since it isnt installed or downloaded. ive deleted BB appworld 5 times and multiple battery pulls. this blows i kinda want it back so any help is cool.
