No. ALL skype solution today use the land lines to call out.
Right now only shapesolutions comes up with the closest VOIP but it only works over WIFI so that leaves out the storm 1

1) Where have you been?! lol...we've known about this for a few weeks now.
2) I'm thinking that we will see Skype and Vodafone have some sort of agreement to cover the rest of the world ...Vodafone owns 45% of Verizon.
I've been keeping low waiting for my Michael jackson tickets to come down lol seriously I had no idea it was just Verizon. Think I'll change to Vodafone if they get it.

Wrong - Skype is compatible with Storm 1, go to the Verizon page and it will show you the compatible phones.
