I use IM+ for Skype. I don't think it was design for Storm so it is not turning from portrait to horizontal. Otherwise works OK.

    Try Nimbuzz.
I used it yesterday at least ten times to call Italy.
Quality is amazing, much better than iSkoot.

Make sure you have a no limit data plan! And remember you still pay a little.... the local call you make to your nearest Nimbuzz server (those are the ones that connect you through to Skype)

Do all Skype clients currently use locally dialed phone numbers, not WIFI, to access local and international calls?

Skype does not yet have their own client; however, likely they will have one in the future since they have one for Nokia/N800.

Check the client requirements before you use it since you might be using local phone limited/unlimited minutes instead of limited/unlimited Internet data minutes.
