I can't see where to start a new thread so I'll just ask here. Is there a bible app with the following features.

Offline
NIV
Full search function. By word, reference, sentence, word group, perhaps even by topic.
Preferably free.

NIV and offline functionality will be tough to find, even on established platforms.
