I downloaded the free version of docs to go but when I try to open a document (xls) it reads "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found." I'm rather stumped and the other posts I have read have not helped. HELP!!!

I'd try uninstalling and installing again.

Did you get them from AppWorld or DataViz? I'd recommend DataViz.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled three times. I have gotten it from both Data Viz and App World. Help!!

Try re-sending the service books, but I don't think that will help either.

Did you try the good old battery pull?

I've looked thru my service books and I don't see anything for Docs to Go and my Docs to Go works perfectly. If you go to Options>Advanced Options>Applications is Docs to Go listed and what is the number beside the entry?
