I got serious issue with whatsapp, my 9810 used to be so slick and quick, it got slowed down to almost halt by whatsapp, once I have whatsapp all things back to normal!

Hi guys I like to tell you that this problem is in android as well I suggest on of my friend about what's app after 2 or 3 days he call and told that its battery not lasting more than 4 hours I suggest him to remove what's app he do so now its working fine. What's app is wonderful. App but they need to work in this issue otherwise its fail and BB need to remove from is top free apps most of the people blaim BB bcz they don't known the exact problem.

This is an old thread, and that link is regularly updated to point to the latest beta version. In March of last year, when the URL was posted, it probably did point to the mentioned version.

Sorry for bumping this thread up but thishas happened to me since Sunday - I have to keep wifi on so that it will not drain my data plan. It is using up CPU to 96% and I have downloaded to recent beta to try and overcome the issue (2.11.614) but I am still having the same problem! Please help
