    Hi All,

    I have a 9700 running 5.0.

I have installed Capture It, Zonesnap and Screenshot and all of them take the screen shot but then just give me a white image. I have installed these on other 9700's and I have the same issue.

    Anyone seen this before?

    Thakns

    Pete

Interesting . . . Capture it worked fine on .330. On .714 it makes my phone vibrate once and does nothing.

I guess we'll check it out farther. Thanks for the heads up. I'll post back when I find out something.

Check your permissions. Make sure they are all set to "Allow". This same thing happens with Quick Launch if the perms aren't set.

Works fine on .743. Lefty is probably right about permissions.

Thanks everyone. I have checked the permissions and everything that can be is set to allow and the rest are all set to prompt.

I had this running on an 8900 with no issues and I know that nothing has change within the I.T Policy during this time..

Working fine for me now. I had 1.4 but did a reinstall and all is fine.

Check your available memory! I have 95meg and it works fine.

I use the screen capture program with quick launch, it works great. If you already have QL, you don't have to download or pay for another program.
