I don't have pc access (long story) and have found an app that will delete Help for me.
I wonder if anyone has any experience with this app?
    PB Taskmanager

You can delete BBM by installing any version of BBM and then go back to your Application list and delete the app from there.. It's the hassle but that is the solution. I was able to delete Docs2Go by doing this process as well.

Nice, that worked a treat so thanks for the tip.
Now my next trick would be to get rid of the help app.
Is that likely to be safely done using PB Task Manager?

I don't have a PB and so I don't know what "PB Task Manager" app can do.. But if you use BBSAK, you can shrink the OS by deleting the help cod files before installing the OS onto your phone, but then again, you don't have a PC so you are out of luck.

I don't have a "PB" either if I assume you mean Playbook.

I have pb task manager. I havent tried deleting any apps though this app. I use it to force close apps i don't use much especially the ones that are up and running always on the background.

It must be safe to do so. I'd suggest you check with the developer.
