Just found this...it lists restaurants and bars within your defined area that offer discounts or cashback incentives if you pay by CC. It lists contact info and reviews, and there are further customization options if you sign up on their website (although they ask for your CC number even though it is a free service-not required to use the app). Also included is a "View Map" feature that uses BB Maps to show you the location of the restaurant or bar.

Thanks for posting this! I used to use Avantgo on my Palm for getting the Rewards Dining list. But Avantgo for the BB wasn't working well on my Storm. Having this on my Storm is fantastic!

Wish it would give a larger search area. 15 miles is max and that is too small for me,
