So I tinker with my OS all the time, trying various hybrids and official leaks. Each time I swap OS, I'm forced to reactivate certain applications--BerryBuzz, QuickLaunch, BerryWeather, etc... Is there any way to create a backup file where I would NOT have to re-activate everything after an OS switch?

I don't think so. I believe you have to reregister each time you change OS's. Trust me, I wipe my phone often and it gets really tedious lol

Yeah, that's one of the stupidest fu&k'n things about the backup process. Might as well not backup at all.

I'd love this too, but I just create a memo to be backed up all time with the registration codes just so they're on the phone after being wiped. I do this just so I don't need to start every app before I leave the house.
