    I just purchased an app last week, and my phone was stolen this weekend. I had not backed up yet (I know, I know!)
    I tried to go to the My World tab, but the app is not there to restore, and it will not let me repurchase.
    Any suggestions?

    You can try sending the company an email to their support and they should be able to help you. What was the app?

    It's the Livestrong app. I have emailed them, but we are going in circles. The last email from them said for me to open the app and adjust the settings. If I could open the app, I wouldn't have this problem!!! It's so frustrating, and every time I reply it goes to a different tech.

    Did you purchase from App World? Did you log on using your Paypal info?

    You have a different device? Try logging on like above, then in the app, Press

    Alt RST (hold the alt through the sequence).

    This is what I ended up doing:
    hard reboot
    uninstall/reinstall app store
    removed and readded my credit card info in PayPal

    Not sure if all or part of it worked, or if the glitch fixed itself but it is working now. Hope this helps someone in the future!
