i had my tour replaced and when i tried to re-download my paid apps (berrybuzz etc) it cannot use the old license key due to my new phone having a different key. how do i get around this or do i have to repurchase the apps?

I think you should contact support (berrybuzz support)
My company provides exchange codes for this case.

juust contact bellshare support. They will send you a new activation codes. I do it all the time when I had the Storm.
