I recently had my storm replaced through Verizon for a defect that had been present on the phone since I got it, but didn't know about until now.
All went well, reloaded everything inc. 3rd party apps. My only problem is the activation codes I was given for the apps I had purchased will not work with this unit's PIN number. I emailed the support link for the software (BerryBuzz) from the original purchase email a few days ago and have not yet recieved a response.
What should I do, is there a protocol involved in this? I'd hate to have to rebuy the software, but I guess if I have to I have to. Would seem kinda shady. I could understand if it were a different device, but it is merely a replacement.
