i have to return my 9700 and want to know if i can use the wipe feature on DM 6 to remove my personal informaiton as well as apps that i have downloaded on the phone? if not, is there any way of doing this? thanks for any advice.

Security wipe will remove data and third party apps.
Options > Security > Security Wipe > Enter "blackberry" as p/w > Wipe

:D No flames! Yes, on your Bold (if you have BB6) follow the path above. If you have OS5 I think the path is Options > Security Options > Security Wipe > Enter "blackberry" as p/w > Wipe
