Just moved from a 8120 to a nice 8900 and loving it!!!

one thing is the apps that came installed "my Space" and a "yahoo messenger" i dont want them and they dont appear in the apps list or as installed apps via the desktop manager..

    Any tips on removal?

Those apps are pushed by your carrier. You can delete them, but the carrier will simply detect they're missing and push them back again. About all you can do is hide them. Fortunately they are very small, so they aren't really wasting memory, just icon space on your screen.

I deleted Sprint's music and software stores. When Sprint sent the reactivation icons back to the device, I just hide the icon.
