I just wanted to know that how can I remove unintalled apps from the my world section.

You need to update to the latest version of App World. You can then select apps in your uninstalled list, hit the menu key and select delete.

I just can't find delete in the menu. But instead there is a hide button. But whenever I hide the apps, they come back after a reboot. Please tell some other solution.

As stated above, you need to update to the latest version of App World to be able to permanently delete apps.

That's right. You need to be sure you have at least Version 4.0.0.63 (there's an even newer build out now). If you have an older version, then it's time to update.
