    Here's my list:

    BerryBuzz
    BerryWeather

First two are a bit on the pricey side but come out to like 8 bux if its on sale and i think they are worth it.

    ScoreMobile for sports
    BerryBlab for forums
QuickPull for the daily blackberry batterypull
iHeartRadio for a lot of local radios
Opera for a better browser experience
Addictive Tower Defense for fun gaming
    CardStar for storing membership cards
    Facebook for socializing

Quick Launch so you can put all the above apps hidden away in a folder and access them easily with this app.

    QuickLaunch and BerryWeather are basic.

I like Flycast for streaming music but Slacker and Pandora are good, too.

Forward, Reply, and Edit if you do much e-mail.

    Leave It On.
    Google Maps.
    UberTwitter.
Snaptu for RSS and social apps..

    And always the CrackBerry launcher.

Quicklaunch (paid) - rocks, plain and simple

BerryWeahter (paid & free) - I have the paid version but they make a free one

BerryBuzz (paid) - if you like to have sms, email, etc have a different colored light indicators and more advanced notification options

Berry PopUp (paid) - Its the only one that lets you reply directly to SMS texts although Aerize Email Alerts has a nicer pop up screen but again no ability to reply directly to SMS

Iconify (paid) - lets create icons on your home-screen to call/email/text contacts as well as websites

MeterBerry (paid) - I am a Storm 1 user so this app is great for memory management

    Google Maps (free)

Poynt (free) - picks up where google maps leaves off and adds gas station finder and movie theaters as well as a link to open table to make reservations for dinner.

Yelp (free) - sweet applicaiton to read reviews from your peers on restaurants, activities you name it.

I am a huge foodie so if you like me enjoy eating well you should check out these free apps:
Urban Spoon - very cool spinning wheel application for searching restaurants by neighborhood, cuisine adn price
OpenTable - make reservations right from your phone
Zagat (paid & free) - great reviews
