    I currently have BB weather and I like having the icon right on my screen. However, I noticed it doesn't update that frequently. Is there a weather app that will still have the icon right on my screen but that possibly has more real time updates?

    ...BerryWeather as well. Most of these have update time options in 15 minute increments.
