I used to have a 9900 and really liked the RBS mobile banking app. I now have a 9790 and when trying to download the app, it says that it's not available for my device. Do both the devices not have the same OS, and should the apps on the 9900 be compatible for the 9790? If not, does anyone know how I can find out if the RBS app will be on the 9790 soon? Thanks

It is actually compatible. I had it on my 9700 and when changed the phone to 9790 I just simply used the switch device option in BB desktop manager. So if you used this on another phone try to move it from that device.
The RBS app was updataed today to version 1.1 which now supports the 9790.
Try App World again. If it doesn't show then open My World and press Alt + RST
This will close App World and clear the cache. It should show now as available
Tried this repeatedly and have also restarted the phone, but it still says it is unavailable for the device. The Natwest one is OK to download. Any thoughts on what else to try? Thanks
Also...I have just tried to download it using my laptop and it also says on there that it is unavailable for my device, even though it says that it is version 1.1 and is compatible with the 9790
Hi. I still can't download this app for my 9790, even though App World says it is compatible.Could the fact I already had the app on another device be causing this?
