Hey folks! Anybody running 5.0.0.419 OS using QuickText as well? Just wanting to make sure it works. It did not work when I was running 5.0.0.230. Thx in advance!

Is "quicktext" the BB's innate Predictive Text or a 3rd party app?

If the BB's app, then it is enabled by Options/LanguageAndText.

It allows you to press the "Q" button to quickly compose a SMS text.

while in the SMS/MMS program on the Tour 5.0 holding down Q will change the profile of the device to the last previously activated profile. Pressing and holding Q will do that, no matter what program you are running.

Unless you know of some tweak that I don't, that feature is just built in to the device.
