Whats the difference between this app & the ALT-SHIFT-DELETE method?

Quickpull does the same thing as a double alt + caps + del, which is a hard reset of your BB.

There is absolutely nothing risky about the app or the k/board method

I would just stick to the keyboard method instead of adding another app that takes up space that does the same thing as something that doesn't take up space.

The app is less than 50kb in size. No huge overhead there

And, much easier to use. The keyboard method requires you do it once, wait until the white screen appears and then do the key combination again to get the same affect as QP.

Its a TINY app considering.. you wont even notice it installed on your free file..

Its a good app, nothing risky about it, does what its meant too. The developer of this app has many great apps out there,

Why don't you just pull the battery out that really don't take up any memory

alot of battery pulls can loosen the spring etc on the door on the back, people get soooo battery pull happy, it will eventually wear down, so this app, yoiu dont have to mess with the back/batter door *as much*

Also, if the phone is in some kind of case like the OtterBox,
Seidio Clear or many of the snap cases it is a PITA to have to
    constantly to remove the case.

I'm going to have to pick that app up. Thanks. I never really knew the benefits of an app like that. Now I don't have to take off my BB's skin, then the cover and pop the battery. Nice

I like the app because sometimes the alt rt shift delete doesn't work for me. Thanks for the info.

... and for those who are still under the impression that SoftReset does not
work on 4.5, it does on every version past .77

I was reading the posts and it still didn't say what the advantage was over an alt/shift/del was.

Outside that the app is one button and the reset is holding down 3 is there any other advantage? Does it loosen more free files or is it the same either way?
