    I using 9000/5.0.0.411
    But when using quickpull nothing happen? The device didn't start at all.
    Since it's ask to look at my log I found that

    no problems at all with 9000 same OS, Quickpull Pro version 3.6.0

    No problems here either... I have .411 and I can reboot via software with no issue... Are you sure you gave the necessary permissions to the app?

    why not use alt shift del to reboot?
    If I used this software, it's can make schedule restart so the memmory will get free without manual restart

    Maybe I will wipe device and re installed os 9000/5.0.0.411 and tried to installed it again.
