is it bad for the storm to do a quick pull every night?

don't think so i know people what do it everyday. i dont see a reason to schedule it i do a quick pull only as needed.

I run a specific sequence once a week and it works beautifully for me
1. Open Browser > Menu > Options > Cache Operations: Clear all boxes including pushed content.
2. From homescreen, Options Icon > Security Settings > Memory Cleaning > Menu: Clean Now (also ensure auto-clean is set to disabled)
3. Run Quickpull

This routine works for me without fail, and I only do it once a week. (twice if I have installed a bunch of apps recently)
