QuickLaunch version 2.10 has been released and is available for download.

Changes:

. Option to display Time in 12 or 24 hour format

. Option to change Titlebar Color

. Option to display Date in titlebar

. Supports Shazam app

. Supports BBTran app

. Activation code displayed in QL Options

. QL App Switcher added - displays currently running apps in the QL Menu and allows you to switch to them like bb's app switcher

. "Now Playing..." added

I purchased for both my 8330 Curve and my wife's 8130 Pearl (version 2.9) earlier today, but I can not get either to Display Current Temperature. After upgrading to the 2.10 a few minutes ago, it still doesn't work and the Zip code/location ID box is grayed out on both phones. Is it not supported on our phones? Our carrier is Alltel (which was converted to Verizon today).

it's not greyed out. the grey is there to show you where to enter the zip because ppl couldn't figure it out before. i ges i'll change the color next time. anyway email because I don't like to go back and forth on support issues in the forums.

I'm Tmob and when I say Yes to display current temp the bar for zipcode/location is not accessable. It's gray and I can't put the cursor in it to enter anything in it. Updated to 2.1 but it wasn't there with 2.07 either.

every one the grey bar you most likely wont be able to see the cursor with the grey > just go to display current temp roll the trackball 2clicks down(or from Celsius 1click) and just start typing you zip/location id and it will show this worked for me the first time and if you have to ever change it then when you highlight the option the numbers will highlight white/lgt grey and your set

You need to add the "QL App Switcher" just like adding any other application. Actually it is called "App Switcher_QL".

I have 2.08 and it's the cat's meow.

All I see on BB App World (and on the NikiSoft web site, as well) is 2.08. No reference to 2.10.

What am I missing?

I've been enjoying this far more than I expected to. It's simple, unobtrusive, and makes it SO easy to jump from any screen / app into another one without a minimum of keystrokes, and without having to close out of my current app/screen. Great! Deceptively simple, works very well, and very useful.
