When I use Quicklaunch to power off my phone it will turn off my mobile network and when I turn it back on I'll have to manually turn it back on myself which can get annoying. Is there any way to fix this? Also AIM doesn't show up in the applications list on quicklaunch.

I had never used this QL feature (Power Off), so I tried it, and I get the same result you get. My thoughts are:
    1. This could be useful when you're on an airplane.
    2. if you don't want this behavior, just turn it off with the End button.
    3. I have a QL shortcut set up for Radio On/Off which is much handier than going into Manage Connections.

Just curious so I might offer the best advice, why do you want to "Power Off" your device in the first place?
