    When I use quicklaunch and go down to BBM, I click it and nothing happens. This never happened when I had the old version of BBM.

    What version of QuickLaunch do you have?

    I think it probably is. From what I recall, BBM support was added in version 2.15.x, at least for the new version of BBM (I didn't use QL with the older BBM versions).

    I guess I don't understand the purpose of using QuickLaunch to start BBM when you can do it from the keypad with one click.
