    I think most people are quick to tell everyone when something goes wrong, but when something goes well they don't tell anyone.

    I recently had a bit of a disaster:
    The hard drive in my laptop crashed and I love all of my personal data.
    My backup hard drive had been damaged when moving hous.
    Then to top things off, a friend at work thought it would be "funny" to wipe my Blackberry (obviously thinking that I hadf a back up).

    I emailed the guys at quicklaunch and explained what happend.
    With only a couple of mails exchanged, I had a new activation code and was up and running again.

    Excellent support.

    Totally agree, I have had a problem twice (none of them with the program but with the installation from App World) and he helped me both times and respondedin less than 20 minutes
