When I pull up the Device info through quicklaunch it shows my Tour having about 115xxx free memory, but when I go to Options>status, it shows 121xxx. Why would there be a difference?

Divide the number in Bytes by 1024 to get it in KB. Divide this number by 1024 to get it in MB.
121000000/1024 = 118164 KB
118164/1024 = 115.4 MB (What QuickLaunch shows you.)
