not sure if this is the right place but some feature requests:

1. similar to gps toggle, a connection toggle for 2G and 3G. normally it would work if i used a second GPS toggle and edited the command to point to connections, but in 2G and 3G selection, there is a 3rd option for '2G & 3G' combined. so when i toggle it will go from 2G to '2G & 3G', and then '2G & 3G' to 3G.
this would force me to use the toggle twice in order to get from 2G only to 3G only. if you could implement a macro that uses up and down (not sure if that's even possible in the OS), you could make a new toggle for options with more than 2 selections.

to go from 3G to 2G, you would go up once (or twice [to reset the cursor selector]), then down once . to go from 2G to 3G, you could go up once or twice (again to reset the cursor).


2. check for update. i noticed i had the could not connect to server message constantly, but when I changed over to 2G only (through several reboots though), it finally worked. the new version doesn't have this update option so i can't test this theory.

You can access QL from ANY screen. Just assign your convenience key to launch QL. I have my left convenience key set to QL

I seem to be having a problem with the "Compose SMS" shortcut with QL. I'm on .586.

The prob is, everytime I click on "Compose SMS" and starts typing the name of the sender, it would go back to the homescreen. Sometimes, I don't even have to type anything and it would still go back to the homescreen.

It does work sometimes but yeah, it's kinda bothering me. Any idea why this is happening?

Is version 2.20.2 the LATEST version? Thats the one they have in appworld and I would prefer to download there bc my account is setup already. Unless you have any reason for me not to dl through app world?

2.21 is the latest version of the software. It seems that version still isn't in App World.

I just bot and installed in my new bold 9700, but i can't get it to start up even after going to Options > Applications > Quicklaunch. It keeps going to the Edit Permissions / Delete page.

How do i get it to start up? I have installed, insert activiation code and also battery pull. Still no luck.

Try setting the all permissions to allow, see if that works.

Found bug. If you add the native BB app switcher, and then invoke it, the QL app crashes. Tried it on 9700 and 8900 running OS 5. Btw, it used to work on 2.20.2
