There is a problem using QL to send SMS and Blackberry Pro V3 Today theme.

When I send SMS, it shows up on the Today screen when I hover over to show messages and will not go away unless I delete the sent SMS. Anyone else experiencing this?

the install instructions for 2.x specifically state that you can NOT upgrade from 1.x to 2.x directly, you need to uninstall the 1.x version and reboot before attempting to install 2.x

I have full knowledge of uninstalling etc.

This software does not work with 151 systems! Stuck with vers 1.5

it definitely works on 151. i have 151. tons of users are on 151.
if you've followed the install instructions it will work.

This is a common prob with today themes and 3rd party apps that access message sending (sorry not a more tech explaination but again not QL).

I figured it was a problem with Today themes. I'll just refrain from using SMS via QL then, no big deal

What he said^^^^. The download page says 2.8, but the link to download contains 2.09. Download and install and you will see in Options==>Advanced Options==>Applications==>QuickLaunch that 2.09 is there.

I bought QL a couple of weeks ago but can't remember which site. Will I get an email notifying me about the upgrade? Does anyone have a link to the upgrade? I can't find one. TIA!

Anyone notice the Device info shows uptime as negative and runs in 1 hour cycles?

Displays -51 min -43 Sec etc and will drop to -0 min -0 sec and then timer begins again at -60 min -00 sec.

I think it began after crossing 600 hours uptime.

The native device info says utpime is over 2,500,000 seconds, which is almost 700 hours.

I got tired of waiting for them. I'm just gonna stick with 2.08. It's enough for me I guess.

And when the next major upgrade is released, I'm gonna rebuy it on the CB App Store.

I emailed them last week on this matter because my copy was purchased from there and their email back said "next week".... Which means this week. No details about exactly what day. I am "patiently" waiting.

BB App world sucks. To bad I bought my copy from them I should have bought it from CB. They're still showing QL 1.3. I'm tempted to just buy it from CB and take the lost.

I love the program, it makes my BB Storm experience so much easier. I would like to offer a suggestion for the next update. Please add the ability to sort the items in each menu alphabetically. Although the program adds items alphabetically, once they are added to a submenu, they cannot be alphabetized.

I just installed quick launch and so far it's great. The only issue i'm having is that I can't add google talk to the quick launch menu. It's missing in the applications list.

Also, I have the 9530 unlocked on ATT. I don't know if it's me or not, but my edge/EDGE connection seems to go back and forth after installing quick launch. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

I am using .148 with the .90 radio file.
