QL doesn't activate capture it. There is a built in screen capture function. It is when you use this that the QL menu will hide. It's an option in add item - application.
Thanks lots DD1968. I've had my Curve 8330 for awhile and never knew there's an internal screen capture, until QL 2.0 comes around (and your feedback above).

No worries, it's built into QL though, not your curve...

The white screen has been in QL since way back in January.
The problem comes when you set the conv key to nothing and then hit it while QL is running and if that conv key is set to run QL in bb options. with that combination you are telling the os to run ql and since it's already running it tries bring ql to the foreground which it already is and that causes the white screen. so you have to choose another setting the conv key that is set to run QL to something other than 'nothing'.
What does everyone think of making the volume / trackball item/up down scroll function so that pressing up when the first item is selected will scroll from the last item in the list and visa versa? fully revolving scroll.
And I think this is a great idea too.

Would love to see the the ability to schedule a device reset as well. I had Quick Pull scheduled to reset at 4am everyday. That way, when I woke up in the morning my BB was fresh for the day :-)

24 hour feature will come after the initial release of 2.8. that presents a a couple of challenges that i have to overcome first.
sorry.
Awesome. BTW, I did choose Reset Device and pulled my battery because it was seemingly stuck. How I have a "Reset" default icon on my homescreen that i can't rid nor can i find the module to delete.
UPDATE: had i read Cheetahs post...I wouldn't have posted that below. oops

hmmm. i'll test this. I could have sworn that after I removed capture it, I could do screen captures via QL...may be me and my goofiness.

Do an uninstall on that reset icon from options, advanced, applications.
