I am looking at purchasing QuickLaunch. If I purchase it do I install in on a computer and then transfer to my Storm, or does it come as an email that I install directly onto my phone.
Best to ask this in the 3rd Party Apps forum, but you don't install it on your computer, it's an over the air app that you will download directly onto your Storm.
Great app for speed dial and URL shortcut(like one for this forum)!!!
My only complaint is the lack of launchable apps. I haven't found anyway to launch 3rd party apps from it.

What do u expect for five bucks....
My same complaint as well; but a nice step in the right direction.
I was hoping to add media; but was only able to add playlists instead.
Nice program definitely.
Your a genius!!! and I'm an *****.
Correction: quicklaunch = best storm app so far. No complaints I can think of. Great $5 investment.
Or at least ties viigo.

To add a third party app, you must launch the app, then open QL and add app then. Once the app is added, it will appear in QL and all you need to do is click. It will open the app.
The app does not need to be running for it to launch. It ONLY needs to be running to initially add it to QL.
You can add third party apps... Whats the problem...

Please read the thread!!! Habious already said it.
Ok - really dumb question. I downloaded QL in moved it to my applications folder. Now what? How do I move it to it's own folder (assuming that's what I should do) and how do I assign the convenience key? Once this is done I think (?) I can take it from there.
QL does not have its own folder. The icon you moved is a launch icon to open the QL menu. You can also launch QL from a convenience key if you assign it to the keys.
