    I've been trying to purchase an app off the bb app world and every time I go to purchase it it keeps telling there's an error code 20360 or something like that. I've bought apps off of bb app world before so I don't know what the issue is...does anyone have a clue

    Try updating your PayPal information (or just doublechecking it) even the stuff that's not pertinent to this purchase. If there's any discrepancies in your paypal account, like a credit card you never used that's expired, that will affect app world purchases.
