    Have you used the Device Switch Wizard in BlackBerry Desktop Manager?

    If the apps were from MobiHand or BB World, enter your account and change the registration information. Then you can download again.

    From other vendors much the same process may hold but each one might be a bit different.

    Should be a bit of work but not terribly difficult.
